How to order — a simple guide
Ordering a Shop'n Bake cake takes just a few minutes. Pick your treat, make it yours, choose a pick-up or delivery date and check out securely — we'll take care of the baking.

Choose your treat
Browse our cakes, cupcakes and pastries — or treat someone with a gift or a handy baking tool. Tap any cake to see its details and options.
Tap the heart to save favourites to your wishlist and come back to them later.
Make it yours
On each cake page you can choose:
- Size — Standard (5″), Medium (6″) or Large (8″)
- Icing colour and flavour
- A custom message written on your cake
- Extras like individual packing, cupcakes, pastries and more
The price updates as you choose, so you always see exactly what you'll pay.
When it looks right, tap Add to Cart. Keep shopping or head to your cart.
Pick a date
In your cart, choose pick-up or delivery, then tap the date box to open the calendar and pick your day and time. Add your phone number, your delivery address if needed, and any special instructions.
We need at least 5 days' notice. For custom cakes, we recommend booking 2–3 weeks ahead. Can Cakes and anything in Ready Today on the home page are ready the same day.
Dates that are too soon are greyed out, so you can only choose a day we can bake for.
Check out & pay
Tap Checkout and you'll be taken to our secure payment page to pay by card. Your card details are handled by our payment provider — we never see or store them.
Prices are always checked on our side, so the total you see in your cart is the total you pay.
Get your receipt
As soon as your payment is confirmed you'll see a thank-you page, and we'll email you a receipt with your order number, items, total and pick-up or delivery details.
Need to change something? Reply to your receipt or email us at least 3 business days before your date.
Collect & enjoy
Pick-up: collect your order at 1320 Concordia Ave, Winnipeg, on the date and time you chose. Missed pickups are non-refundable, so please be on time.
Delivery: we deliver within Winnipeg and the surrounding area, and you'll get tracking info when your order is on its way. Read our delivery details before you book.
